While trying to get Şükran out of the house without his wife Nurten seeing her, his uncle Selami arrives from America. A week later, Uncle Selami, who is eagerly awaited, will leave his entire inheritance to Şemsi and his wife if he likes them. When Uncle Selami sees Şükran with Şemsi, he mistakes her for his daughter-in-law.
