Colita, sin filtros
Colita, sin filtros Online Películas Español. Colita was the eye of her time. Her photographs capture the society taking shape in Spain from the 1960s through the Transition and into the 1980s and 1990s, when a country long repressed and silenced began to awaken. “I want to be there,” she said, and devoted herself to photojournalism. She brought the same vision to her many passions: flamenco, portraiture, film stills, Barcelona, her beloved city, and animals. *Colita Without Filters* centres on the making of the exhibition *Antifémina* at Madrid’s Círculo de Bellas Artes. It was the last exhibition she saw in progress, but she died on 31 December 2023, before its opening. Her close friend and confidant Francesc Polop, director of the Colita Photography Archive, carried the project forward with her team. The exhibition offers a powerful thread through portraits of women too often overlooked: elderly women and girls, Roma women and models.
